Yoga

Yoga
Heat. mat. deem lights. candle smell. quiet voice. music...
Heat. mat. strong body. graceful movement. quiet mind. dance...
Heat. mat. meditation. muscle control. relaxation...
Yoga is the most fascinating art of understanding yourself, of letting go, of controlling your body.
My first yoga practice was three years ago, little did I know.
Today yoga is my drug, my dedication, my knowledge, my world.
I learned a lot on my mat. I learned not to judge, not to compete, be still, be open minded, be appreciating.
My practice became graceful not only as a physical aspect, but also as my mind became gracefully still.
Graceful mind. Strong body.

Happiness

Sometimes we forget simply to be happy. We wake up in the morning and we are not happy, because we need more sleep, we make our coffee or tea and we are not happy because we dont have enough time to drink it, we drive to work and we are not happy because the green light is taking too long, we greet our coworkers and we are not happy because we are tired of fake smiles and small talks, we do our job and we are not happy because our paycheck is not what we want or need it to be, we drive home from work and we are not happy because of the traffic, finally we are home, time to relax, but we are not happy again because the stress of our days is getting to us. Sometimes we forget to be happy

Wake up with a smile you have a full new day ahead of you!
Make your coffee or your tea and enjoy it, even if it is only one sip while you are running to your car,
Drive to work with a smile and enjoy extra seconds before a red light turn green to be still in mind and look around you,
Smile to your coworkers with an honest open smile and you will see it is worth it,
Dont make a small talk, get to know people around you,
Work with passion and one day your paycheck will smile at you,
Listen to the music while driving back home from work and you will not even notice the traffic or listen to an audio book (careful, it can be addictive)
Finally we are home and we are happy and I am done with a pep talk.
Enjoy your evening

Peach tree flowers

I am an artist, I create, I forget to eat, I forget to sleep, I create.
Every scarf I make has a history...
A long time ago when I was 6 or 7 my parents took me and my brother to Ukraine for a vacation, we rented  a small cabin on a private peach tree farm, probably the most beautiful place on Earth in a spring. I remember, I remember waking up in the morning with a smile on my face, inhaling amazing smell of peach flowers. We played around those peach trees every day, loved every moment of it and I remember

Inspiration from my childhood
